Hardcore Kinect game up to Microsoft?

A Gears of War game compatible with Kinect is rumoured to be in the works, which would support Microsoft's intentions as motion-sensing controller will appeal to more than just a casual gamers.

IGN has been tipped by an unnamed but "realiable" source claiming that a Kinect-friendly Gears of War title will be appearing on Spike TV Video Game Awards next month, among other notable game messages; there was no indication of this would be a completely new game or a previous title Kinect support.
